Ballroom
The Ballroom is a picturesque locale for wedding receptions and other large-scale events. Featuring attractive newly stained hardwood floors, stunning Swarovski chandeliers, and neutral decor, The Ballroom accommodates up to 150 guests.

President's Dining Room
Ideal for smaller, intimate events, the President’s Dining Room is great for events of up to 40 guests. Popular uses are small corporate meetings and intimate private dining events.
The Pointe
Want a breathtaking backdrop for your ceremony? Look no further than the Pointe! Say"I Do" with a stunning backdrop of the Ohio River. Perfect for wedding photographs.

Williams Dining Room
Featuring plenty of natural light, thanks to an abundance of windows, this conference-style room can accommodate up to 100 guests, and is perfect for bridal and baby showers, birthday parties, and other private events, accommodating up to 60 people.
The Garden Room
Looking for a beautiful space to host a small gathering?
With floor-to-ceiling windows providing an incredible panoramic view of the Ohio River, The Garden Room is the perfect space for parties of up to 16 people.
The Lodge Lawn
Talk about a wedding aisle!
The Lodge Lawn is a unique and romantic setting for your nuptials with the historic and stunning backdrop. It's also ideal for wedding day pictures!
North & South Lounges
The Lounges, located to the right and left of the Ballroom, each accommodate up to 50 guests. The Lounges are often used for extra seating for large weddings and parties with over 150 guests. The North Lounge can also be used for buffet-style dinner parties.
The River Bar
If you’re looking for a truly intimate experience with spectacular views of the River,
The Porch is the ideal location for gatherings of up to 20 people. You'll have direct access to our fully stocked and newly upgraded bar.
The Lodge Backyard
Another unique, yet perfect ceremony setting, combining views of the Ohio River and scenes of the stone Lodge.

CAN WE MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO TOUR YOUR FACILITY?Yes, we would encourage you to set up an appointment with our on-site event coordinator who will personally show you around our facility and answer all of your questions. We also encourage you to make a reservation and experience our amazing menu!

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE AT YOUR FACILITY?We are an indoor/outdoor facility. We have four separate rooms inside the Clubhouse, as well as an indoor bar area and a backyard lawn area. Inside we can accommodate up to 250 people if all four rooms are utilized. Our backyard lawn area has a spectacular view of the Ohio River. We use this area to accommodate wedding ceremonies of up to 200 people. We also have space on the Lodge lawn and behind the Lodge.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE ROOM RENTAL PRICE?Tables, chairs, linens, glassware, silverware, dishes, set-up, and clean-up.

CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN CAKE?Yes, and if you would like, our staff will cut and serve your cake for an additional charge.

CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN CATERING?No, however we have a very extensive menu with many different options to choose from, so we’re certain that we’ll be able to help you find something that suits your tastes. Not to mention, Chef Dom and his team are amazing!

IS THERE A DANCE FLOOR? ARE THERE AMPLE ELECTRICAL OUTLETS?Yes, we do have a dance floor. Yes, we have plenty of electrical outlets and extension cords for your use.

ARE THERE RESTRICTIONS REGARDING ALCOHOL OR SMOKING?You must purchase liquor through us. If you bring in your wine, we charge a $10 per bottle corking fee. Smoking is permitted outside only.

ARE THERE CHANGING ROOMS FOR THE WEDDING PARTY?The Crow’s Nest is made available at no charge to the wedding party on the day of the wedding. The Crow’s Nest is located on the second floor of the venue and has three apartment rooms where the wedding party may get ready for the day. These three apartment rooms may also be rented the evening before the ceremony if the wedding party would like to stay overnight at the venue. Please contact our Event Coordinator for pricing and information.

IS THERE A WEDDING/EVENT COORDINATOR ON STAFF?During your wedding and reception, an on-site coordinator will be here on staff to help with all of your needs. We also help with all of your set up and clean up and make sure that the timeline of events for your event run smoothly.
